Service 1st Federal Credit Union Surpasses Industry Standard, Achieves 4% Direct Mail Response Rate with ProDirect® from CSCU


TAMPA, Fla. (August 1, 2013) Service 1st Federal Credit Union of Danville, PA has yielded a 4% response rate from a direct mail promotion, far exceeding the industry’s average of .2%. Service 1st extended its credit card offer to members using ProDirect® from CSCU (Card Services for Credit Unions), a customized program that supports credit unions with start-to-finish management of the acquisition process.
