Card Services for Credit Unions® ANNOUNCES CUNA GAC WINNERS

TAMPA, FL (May 25, 2012) – Card Services for Credit Unions® is pleased to announce its winners from the 2012 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference.

Card Services for Credit Unions® implemented a community theme this year as a GAC diamond sponsor encouraging credit unions to connect with like-minded professionals, inspire insights from those around us, and learn from the experts while sharing experiences.

GAC attendees participated at Card Services for Credit Unions® ’s booth as a ‘community of credit unions’ to provide insights and visions for the future of the industry. This included offering ideas through an iPad app, where Card Services for Credit Unions® gave a donation to Credit Unions for Kids for each idea submitted. Card Services for Credit Unions® donated $1,500 to the worthy cause. In addition, by participating, attendees were entered to win iPads and an enhancement bundle package for their credit union.

The following credit unions were the lucky winners of the iPads:
1. John Winne, CEO, Boston Firefighters CU, Dorchester, MA
2. Jace Reyes, President/CEO, Miami Postal Service CU, Miami, FL
3. Mark Cochran, CEO, Jeanne D Arc CU, Lowell, MA

Indiana University Credit Union is the winner of $5,000 toward an enhancement bundle package from Card Services for Credit Unions® . This bundle package includes portfolio growth tools that drive penetration, activation and usage including: Scorecard, ProDirect, Readi-Review, LetterChecks, FastTrack.

The enhancement bundle prize offering is an introduction to the special 2012 promotion Card Services for Credit Unions® is offering on its premium enhancement bundle package. Credit unions can pay less by adding more products. Savings include up to 30% when packaging multiple products.
