Christian is a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur and the Founder of Bank Transfer Day – the driving force behind the movement that is shifting banking and financial philosophies across the country. With rallies scheduled to celebrate the November 5 deadline for transferring funds, CUNA was estimating in the four weeks leading up to the Day, that more than 440,000 Americans shifted their financial relationships from banks to credit unions. As initiatives such as Bank Transfer Day gain more public participation, the credit union industry gains the opportunity to educate and serve new members.
