TAMPA, Fla. (January 23, 2013) – Card Services for Credit Unions® has appointed Jeff York, President and CEO of CoastHills Federal Credit Union, to its Board of Directors. Based in Lompoc, Calif., CoastHills is $690 million in assets, and has 60,000 members, 11 branches and 185 employees.
Jeff brings 30 years of financial services experience to the Card Services for Credit Unions® Board of Directors. Prior to CoastHills Federal Credit Union, he worked for The Walt Disney Company’s Credit Union in Burbank, Calif. and Orlando, Fla. as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing, and as President of its financial planning division. He also held marketing positions for both Pacific Service Federal Credit Union in San Francisco and Alliance Federal Credit Union in San Jose, Calif.

Jeff serves on several community and financial industry boards, including: Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Board, CUFirst Board, Member Business Services Board, America’s Credit Union Museum Board and the Filene Research Council. He is also past chairman of the California Credit Union League Board.
Jeff holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis, is a Certified Chief Executive and a graduate of the CEO Institute and the Executive Marketing Institute.
