Although the credit industry may be on the rebound, growing your portfolio is still challenging. The good news is that there are several key strategies that can help. During this session, we’ll identify and discuss the portfolio growth strategies you should concentrate on to help your credit union achieve strong and profitable growth.

Profitability Makeover with ROA Analysis
Understanding what contributes to a stronger return is vital to creating a strong portfolio in today’s credit card environment. We’ll help you understand what drives revenue, losses and expenses so that you can manage your program with greater success.

Virtual Card Consultant® for TBS/B2K Credit Unions
What is Virtual Card Consultant® and how do I use it to support my card portfolio? Let us show you how to get the most out of this portfolio management tool that will help you identify your strengths and opportunities so you can concentrate your efforts on what will drive success.

Marketing Fundamentals: Developing and Implementing a Marketing Plan
Once you’ve acquired a new cardholder, how do you ensure your card is top of wallet? We’ll show you the marketing tools to reach cardholders at every stage of the member life cycle.

A Fraud Intelligence Briefing – Segmentation, Trends and Schemes
Fraud losses continue to represent one of the largest write-offs a financial institution must bear every year. In this session we will look at an aggregate year over year review and highlight fraud drivers. Is international activity the culprit? Do online transactions continue to be a problem? How are VIP cardholders performing? Our session will provide answers to these questions as well as suggestions for combating the latest fraud schemes on the horizon.

Fraud - Day to Day Operations
Security is often cited as the biggest concern among cardholders. What can you do to address these concerns and better protect your members and credit unions? Join us for this interactive session to learn and discuss where fraudsters are striking and how your credit union can proactively address fraud threats.

Post-Durbin Loyalty & Rewards Programs: A Whole New World
Durbin has created a new competitive advantage for credit unions and other exempt issuers, especially where rewards programs are concerned. Retention of existing interchange rates can mean retention of existing rewards programs and retention of members! Join us as we look at new ways to drive value to cardholders and your overall portfolio.

Business Card - Tactics for Growth
Research shows that small business card accounts are more profitable than consumer cards, thanks to higher interchange rates, larger average tickets, and more transactions yielding larger spend. Listen and learn how you can guide your small business owners/operators to understand tactically how they can improve their bottom line by implementing a business card program. We will discuss the five key components that businesses should consider incorporating into their basic business practices to glean savings from using a business card for business purchases versus using checks or cash or even their personal credit card.

Demystifying Pass Through
What's better for you? Pass Through or full Service Processing? Join us to take a closer look at what’s the right fit for your credit union based on your unique characteristics, business objectives and service philosophy.

Maximizing TBS Functionality
Do you have an operational questions that you have been waiting to ask? Did you recently face a challenge and think "There must be a simple answer?" Bring your operational and reporting questions, challenges and discussion topics to this interactive session and give us feedback for the future.

What's Next with EMV? Will Mobile Adoption Occur First?
In August, 2011, Visa announced that acquirer processors will be required to support merchant acceptance of EMV ‘chip’ transactions by April, 2013. As you may know, EMV cards are ubiquitous in Europe as magnetic stripe acceptance continues to decline. These events are increasing the need and demand for U.S. issuers to provide EMV-capable payment cards to their cardholders – especially those traveling abroad. In this session, we’ll introduce you to the technology, explain the benefits for local and international users, and demonstrate a solution that is available for you to offer today.

Adapting to a Post-Durbin World
This session will focus on reviewing the apparent outcomes of the Durbin Amendment observed to date and how financial institutions have reacted. We will also take a look into the future and discuss the potential changes that may be on the horizon, as well as the new reality of debit network market competition and the likely impact on credit unions.
