Card Services for Credit Unions® TOM DAVIS TO SPEAK AT CARD FORUM 2017
SPECIAL CREDIT UNION SUMMIT TO TARGET 100 CU REPRESENTATIVES

TAMPA, Fla. (April 19, 2017) Fresh on the heels of a very insightful panel presentation and relevant breakout discussions at the Card Services for Credit Unions® 2017 Annual Conference, Tom Davis will now delve into the future of cards and payments at Card Forum 2017. Davis, the SVP for Finance & Technology at Card Services for Credit Unions®, will be joined by CU member representative, Charlotte Norton, SVP Central Operations at Texas-based Randolph-Brooks FCU to provide tangible insights on how CUs can prepare now for the future of payments.

“The presentation will take attendees along the journey of digitizing plastic, how the changes in payments will affect the consumer and what life will be like with less reliance on plastic and a world where payment is invisible”, said Davis. “Credit Unions must now identify the opportunities and how they are going to take advantage of them to compete in the future”, Davis added.

Davis’ presentation will be enhanced by Norton’s account of what is happening with instant issuance based on members’ expectations and how the entire process can be improved to eliminate friction. She will also discuss what Randolph Brooks will be doing in the future to set the stage for a Digital Card and what they are doing now to keep their payments products top of wallet.
